Lechon Baboy: The ultimate Filipino party food. When there is a celebration of any kind here, you get a lechon. Lechon Baboy is the roasted pig; Baboy means pig. So this lechon we had one day at lunch at school. You can see our amazing world map in the background. The teachers got their yearly bonuses, and to celebrate, got a big lechon and we had lunch in the library. Mr. Gabayeron is chopping up the pig.
